This tour will allow you to learn about history of Kyrgyzstan and experience nomadic culture at the same time by riding horse in Chon Kemin gorge and meeting local families. You will visit ancient ruins of Balasagyn town which was popular during the Silk Road times. And you will have excellent hiking trip to Ala Archa gorge.
Day 1: Bishkek
The first day of tour of Culture of Nomads will start from your meeting at Manas International Airport. Our team will drive you right to the capital of Kyrgyzstan less than in 30 minutes. We have decided to dedicate this day to visiting of such sites of great interest and significance as Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala-Too Square, the National Arts Museum, National Philharmonic. The key point of the city tour will be Asian Bazaar always worth visiting. As you travel here it is going to be a great opportunity to make unforgettable but so stunning photos of the life of the locals. Though the bazaar to be overcrowded, it shows to give guests to be involved in noise and smell of fabrics, in the activity of a profiteer. In the end of the day you will spend the night in one of the hotels of the city.
Day 2: Bishkek - Ala Archa - Chon Kemin
Ala Archa gorge is the first site to travel this day. The place is known to be a Natural Park with a gorge being on the branch of Tien Shan mountain range and is part of most of active tours in Kyrgyzstan. An interesting fact says during the time of the Soviet Union it was prohibited to get into the mountains of Kyrgyzstan and only highly honored guests were able to be given allowance of getting a tour. The gorge is an amazing place for various activities, especially hiking and admiring natural testimonies in 45km from Bishkek. And only then you can travel to Chon Kemin gorge and on the way over it visit Burana Tower. Attention is usually grabbed by stone warriors balbals serving around the tower. Our team is glad to give you way to Chon Kemin gorge as you will be already full of impressions of being here. Hospitable local dwellers will be glad to give you a place for spending this night.
Day 3: Chon Kemin - Bishkek
Finally we get in the gorge famous for the opportunities of horse riding in this tour of Culture of Nomads. This day you will be able to do horse riding for more than 3 hours. Local dwellers will tell the guests about peculiarities of riding these splendid animals, the way of communication with them. As being here, it is possible to feel exactly what true nomads of the past did! Just imagine the pleasure of walking along pristine mountain forest! Amazing photos against breath-taking views will be done! This day ends with returning to the capital of Kyrgyzstan. This tour will allow you to learn a lot about Kyrgyz culture and nomads.
Day 4: Bishkek - Airport
After coming back to the city guests will be given transfer to the airport.
