Day 1: Bishkek
During your arrival in Kyrgyzstan, you will get acquainted with the capital of Kyrgyzstan - Bishkek city. It is the largest city of Kyrgyzstan and located at about 800 meters (2,600 ft) altitude, bordering with the northern range of the Kyrgyz Ala Too range. Being in the city, your tour will start in seeing the great the Tian Shan mountains. It is important to note that, the mountain rises up to 4,855 meters (15,928 ft) and allows seeing the real beauty of the city. Day 2: Bishkek - Burana - Issyk Kul northern shore - Bishkek
The destination of the second day of Weekend trip to Issyk Kul Lake will start by visiting wonderful Issyk Kul Lake. It is defined to be the second largest alpine lake in the world of 1608 m above sea level. We hope that, you will not regret if you visit this lake in this kind of tours in Kyrgyzstan. Sometimes, people call it "The pearl of Central Asia". Due to its transparency and visibility, there are many travellers who used to travel in Kyrgyzstan and visit it. Moving on, you will be driven to the famous Burana Tower, which was built in the 11th century as well as to an open air museum of Balbals (stone warriors) in Cholpon Ata. You are going to see ancient stone inscriptions as petroglyphs. They appeared 2 000 years ago (800 B.C.) and made by shamans. We are ready to guide you around Silk Road and make your dreams come true. In addition, in this weekend trip you will visit local ethnography museum in Issyk Kul lake, where our guide will inform you more about important events of ancient times. Later, you will be driven back to Bishkek.
