Day 1: Tashkent
On arrival to the Trip to Emerald you will be met and transferred to the city. We will start from visiting Independence square. It is the main square here which was places as a symbol of victory over fascism in World War II. Walk to the local Broadway located near the Independence square and Amir Timur square. It is recommend visiting the famous Tashkent metro. It was opened in 1977. The tour will be continued visiting the old part of the city as Chorsu Bazaar, Kukaldash Madrasah and Hast Imam of several madrasahs, mosques and mausoleum. The highpoint of its exhibits is the Othman Quran which is the world's oldest Quran copy found in the 8th century. Quran have its place to Othman Ibn Affan, the Third Caliph (of the four upright Caliphs who prospered the prophet Muhammad). Othman was killed by non-muslims in 8th century where his blood spred over the Quran, you can see it on its pages. Transfer to a hotel for rest.
Day 2: Tashkent - Samarkand (350 km, 4 hrs drive)
Having a hearty breakfast, we will travel to Samarkand. Samarkand located in the valley of the river Zerafshan. It is the second largest city of Uzbekistan as Babylon or Rome. On arrival, you will visit interesting sights such as Registan square, Shakhi Zindeh, Mausoleum Guri Emir and Bibi Khanum Mosque. Registan Square is very famous on tours which is known for its three fascinating Madrasahs found in the 15-17th centuries. Shakhi Zindeh signifies a big collection of mausoleums of the 11th-15 centuries. Later on, it became a symbol of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Bibi Khanum Mosque is one of the most visited places in Uzbekistan, dedicated to the favorite Tamerlane's wife, after his campaign in India. Overnight is in a hotel.
Day 3: Samarkand - Urgut - Samarkand
The tour will start by driving to a small village outside of Samarkand as Urgut. It is known for its noisy and colorful national bazaar. We have no doubt you will like it on tours. In the second part of day we will return to Samarkand and drive to see memorial complex of Al Bukhary. Al Bukhary was an Islamic academic, who authored the hadith collection known as Sahih al Bukhari, observed by Sunni Muslims as one of the most authentic Hadith assemblies. He is an author of Al Adab al Mufrad. Night is in a hotel.
Day 4: Samarkand - Tashkent (350 km)
In the morning you will have transfer to Tashkent. On arrival, you will visit Courage Monument. It is a memorial complex, created in honor of the abolition of the significances of the Tashkent earthquake. We will continue to Zangi Ota memorial complex. According to legend, Zangi Oota was a shepherd and renowned for his wisdom and good deeds. In the end of day, you will visit the State Museum of Applied Arts of Uzbekistan, which has fine examples of glasses and national clothing, hand and machine embroidery, skullcaps and national fabrics, carpets and woodcarving. Rest is in a hotel.
Day 5: Tashkent - Flight
Transfer to airport and flight home. End of Trip to Emerald. Thank you for tours.
